A four-step return.
Reach out
Email us at hello@theshopryze.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you'd like to return or exchange.
Pack it gently
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Pop them back in their original packaging when possible.
Ship it back
We'll send a prepaid label for US exchanges. For returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
Refund or swap
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What's your return window?
30 days from the date your order is delivered. After that, all sales are considered final.
Are exchanges free?
Yes — we cover return shipping for all size and color exchanges within the United States. International exchanges are evaluated case by case.
What can't be returned?
Final sale items, intimates, swimwear, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. Anything marked final sale is clearly noted at checkout.
My piece arrived damaged — what now?
We're so sorry. Email a photo to hello@theshopryze.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
How long until I see my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post it.
